- New, unopened items in original packaging returned within 30 days of delivery
- Defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery
- Incorrectly shipped items reported within 7 days of delivery

- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Items showing signs of use, assembly, or modification
- Items without original packaging and documentation

- Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Shipping: Schedule a pickup with our authorized shipping partner
Return Shipping
- For defective or incorrectly shipped items: Oakmaat covers return shipping costs
- For customer-initiated returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- For items over 150 lbs: Special handling fees may apply
Refund Process
