Delivery Guidelines
Inspection Requirements
- Inspect all items before signing delivery receipt

Failed Delivery Attempts

- Second attempt: $50 fee
- Third attempt: $75 fee
- Return to warehouse: Additional fees apply

Peak Seasons

International Shipping & Non-Mainland Destinations
Currently, Oakmaat does not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. This policy applies to mainland U.S. deliveries only.

- Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery
Lost Shipments
- Investigation initiated after 7 business days
- Resolution within 15 business days
- Full refund or replacement available
