Delivery Guidelines

Inspection Requirements

  • Inspect all items before signing delivery receipt
  • Note any visible damage on delivery receipt
  • Refuse delivery if significant damage is visible
  • Photo documentation recommended

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • First attempt: No charge
  • Second attempt: $50 fee
  • Third attempt: $75 fee
  • Return to warehouse: Additional fees apply

Peak Seasons

International Shipping & Non-Mainland Destinations

Currently, Oakmaat does not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. This policy applies to mainland U.S. deliveries only.

  • Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery

Lost Shipments

  • Investigation initiated after 7 business days
  • Resolution within 15 business days
  • Full refund or replacement available
